Studio Essence was established in 2012, to give people an opportunity to try a different way to get fit and healthy, to meet like-minded people and train in a safe and supportive environment. Studio Essence is the main stream gym alternative that people need.
Studio Essence Showcase 2023 – True Colours
Based in Highbridge, Somerset, Studio Essence provides group classes, private 1-2-1 lessons, private parties in all disciplines that we offer (Pole, aerial hoop, sling, silks, pole silks, hoop silks as well as stretch and flex sessions).
We love what we do, we love watching our students grow in their own perspective journeys and we especially love seeing the new levels of confidence that people get from our classes, as well as the friendships that form through our classes.
Our mission statement is to make fitness fun and appealing to all.
